DIETARY REQUIREMENTS AND ALLERGIES

PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU OR YOUR GEUSTS HAVE ANY DIETARY REQUIREMENTS OR ALLERGIES AND WE WILL CATER ACCORDINGLY. VEGAN, VEGETARIAN? WE GOT THIS. GLUTENFREE? NO PROBLEM! - JUST ASK AND WE WILL BE DELIGHTED TO CREATE A BESPOKE GRAZING EXPERIENCE FOR YOU! 

HOW DOES THE FOOD KEEP FRESH AND COOL?

WE KEEP ALL FOOD COOL DURING TRAVEL TO THE LOCATION/VENUE.

TABLE/S MUST BE PROVIDED IN A COOL AREA AWAY FROM DIRECT SUNLIGHT.

FOOD ON THE GRAZING TABLE CAN BE LEFT OUT FOR 4 HOURS, AND THEN MUST BE DISPOSED OF. 

HOW FAR WILL YOU TRAVEL AND HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?

WE ARE A STAVANGER BASED COMPANY CURRENTLY IN THE PROCESS OF BRANCHING OUT TO OSLO.

 

WE ARE HAPPY TRAVEL TO OTHER CITIES FOR CERTAIN BOOKINGS, WHEN TRAVEL EXPENSES ARE COVERED. FOR LARGER BOOKINGS, 2H+ DRIVE, WE MAY NEED OVERNIGHT ACCOMODATION NEAR PLACE OF VENUE - THIS IS SPECIFICALLY FOR EVENTS WHERE OUR TABLESCAPE EQUIPMENT IS REQUIRED.

 

DUE TO THE DIFFERENT VARIABLES OF TRAVEL OUR PRICES WILL FLUCTUATE.​ IF YOU WISH TO RENT OUR TABLESCAPE EQUIPMENT AND ARE NOT ABLE TO DROP THOSE OFF AT HQ WITHIN TWO DAYS AFTER THE EVENT, HONEY & GRAZE WILL COLLECT ALL THE EQUIPMENT, FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE. 

 

THERE WILL BE A 'COLLECTION SURCHARGE FEE' ADDED TO THE TOTAL COST (IN ADDITION TO THE STANDARD TRAVEL COSTS),

40 MINUTE ROUND-TRIP (20 MINS TO, 20 MINS FROM LOCATION)  - FREE OF CHARGE

50 MINUTE ROUND-TRIP (25 MINS TO, 25 MINS FROM LOCATION)  - 200 NOK

60 MINUTE ROUND-TRIP (30 MINS TO, 30 MINS FROM LOCATION) - 250 NOK

70 MINUTE ROUND-TRIP (35 MINS TO, 35 MINS FROM LOCATION)  - 300 NOK

80 MINUTE ROUND-TRIP (40 MINS TO, 40 MINS FROM LOCATION)  - 350 NOK

90 MINUTE ROUND-TRIP (45 MINS TO, 45 MINS FROM LOCATION)  - 400 NOK

100 MINUTE ROUND-TRIP (50 MINS TO, 50 MINS FROM LOCATION) - 500 NOK

120 MINUTE ROUND-TRIP (60 MINS TO, 60 MINS FROM LOCATION)  - 550 NOK

DO YOU PROVIDE TABLES?

A SUITABLE TABLE MUST BE PROVIDED AT THE VENUE. WE DO NOT PROVIDE TABLES AT THIS POINT.

HOW LONG DO YOU NEED TO SET UP THE TABLE?

IF OUR TABLESCAPE EQUIPMENT IS HIRED, WE WILL NEED 1 HOUR TO UNLOAD AND SET EVERYTHING UP. WE WILL FURTHER NEED 1-3 HOURS FOR THE FOOD TO BE PLACED AND STYLED, DEPENDING ON THE SIZE AND LENGTH OF THE BOOKED TABLE. 

DO YOU SUPPLY PLATES, CUTLERY AND NAPKINS?

HONEY & GRAZE DO NOT SUPPLY PLATES, CUTLERY OR NAPKINS BUT WE CAN PROVIDE WOODEN CUTLERY, PALM LEAF PLATES AND WHITE PAPER NAPKINS AT AN EXTRA COST. 

YOU CAN RENT GOLDEN CUTLERY, IF INTERESTED PLEASE ENQUIRE ON CONTACT US SITE.

DO YOU DISPOSE OF THE LEFT OVER FOOD AFTER THE EVENT?

HONEY & GRAZE ARE NOT REPSONSIBLE FOR REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL OF FOOD WASTE POST EVENTS. WE STRIVE TO LIMIT FOOD WASTE AND CAN OFFER LEFT-OVERS TO LOCAL SHELTERS SUCH AS FRELSESARMEEN AND RØDE KORS. 

WE OFFER A "CLEAN UP SERVICE" WITHIN 4 HOURS AFTER THE GEUSTS HAVE HAD THEIR MUNCH, TO CLEAN UP THE GRAZING TABLES. ONLY OFFERED WITH THE HIRE OF OUR TABLESCAPE EQUIPMENT OR HIRE OF CUTLERY. BIN BAGS ARE TO BE DISPOSED OF BY THE CLIENT/VENUE.

DO YOU REQUIRE PARKING ON-SITE?

WE REQUIRE PARKING AT SITE TO UNLOAD THE FOOD AND TABLESCPAPE EQUIPMENT. IF THERE IS NO OR LIMITED PARKING, PLEASE LET US KNOW IMMEDIATELY SO WE CAN FIND A DIFFERENT SOLUTION.

WILL YOU USE IMAGES FROM OUR EVENT ON SOCIAL MEDIA?

YES, WE WILL USE THEM ON OUR SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS UNLESS OUR CLIENTS/CUSTOMERS EXPLICITLY ASK US NOT TO USE IMAGES TAKEN AT THEIR EVENT.
